DISNEY!!!

so full disclosure babes I was not a fan of Disney. I went because nai nai is a child in a growing woman's body when it comes to such things hence the tendency for all you kids to see her as a pal not aunt.hahaha. and your papa LOVES Disney. we celebrated his 29th birthday at, you guessed it, Disney. so I went, reluctantly but always made the most of it and I admit had fun.
then you came along. ive never been so excited to go to theme park EVER!! i thought we'd get a warm up at the zoo on Friday with a fun playdate with jack and annabelle. perfect way to warm up. I had girls movie night the night before and had a ball, but probably bored everyone to death with my over the top excitement. oopsy daisy.

judging from you not sleeping even though you were yawning on the way there, seriously babes, i'm going with you had a blast. you had a few freak moments i.e Minnie making you cry, after I had been that cray mom stalking her and ending up first in line for pics (because I like being first..hahaha). the rides were a dream for you. you wanted "more more". it was just an absolute blast and fun times for you to share with your cousin kelis. anyway i ramble on let the pics speak for themselves...#disneyrules

one and a half years of pure delight

I cannot put into words the astounding joy that you bring into our lives. watching you grow and become this little person that is becoming my little buddy. my little buddy that I have conversations with, that I laugh with for no reason, dance non-stop with, because that's what you insist we do, that helps me bake/cook; helps me clean up; my little cheerleader when I warm up for a workout. "go, go, go" as you jog with me; singing partner who knows when to come in; my shopping buddy; the only person who gets to share my lip gloss, jewelry etc;  my partner and looking after papa when I'm not there. "you take care of papa?" "yes...papa".

you definitely know what you want and like to direct the situation. you'll get no judgement from me on that I completely get it, but in a 18month old..eeeishh. your first demands upon waking up are eat and outside. daylight savings is killing us. one day we took you out between papa, nai and I four time..seriously!! one night you had papa drive you in your car at 7:15pm for 30mins. last night you asked to go outside at 8:30pm. so cray. hence the time off blogging. I have no time or energy left. so when you see a six month gap when you are 2, know that I'm probably tooo exhausted making memories to document them. however i'll do my very best. anyway I can yap on but I love when pics speak, so here's a snapshot of a day in the life of a 18month old. my favorite 18month old.
